Diego and his crew are the best! Incredible work, we got multiple bids and Diego's was highly competitive but the quality of tile work was immaculate and the team were thoughtful about things like grout line placement, grout color matching, and design recommendations. Diego didn't hesitate to make any adjustments during the process to make sure everything was perfect and went out of his way to find us a better grout color match. We have had other subs in after tile final: glass, plumbing, electrical trim, and some friends over to see the renovation, and they have all commented on the quality of the tile work!

Outstanding work! Retiling of 2 bathrooms went smooth and quick. They cleaned up the workspace everyday after work. I wanted to keep an existing tub and they were able to accomodate and tile around it. Love the brand new look of my bathrooms. Definitely recommend!

After a slew of dishonest, overpriced contractors who cut corners while working on my home in the past, I was extremely apprehensive about hiring another, but bit the bullet and gave Mr. Tile a try. Best decision I've made in my life.

AFTER SALE SERVICE: We found minor problems with our glass door and silicone lining (NOT even their fault) after the sale was final, but Diego and his team came by to perfect the job until we were satisfied. -

DETAIL-ORIENTED: I'm a perfectionist, but they take the cake on this one. I noticed they installed the curb of the shower and the smaller niche box to have a slight slope so water doesn't collect in these areas.

Very professional, friendly and with a very competitive price. Such a good experience and such high quality finish that I am now thinking about remodeling the other bathroom just so it looks as good as the one Mr. Tile did! This bunch or courteous and awesome folks crushed our complex bathroom and shower job complete with hex tile, slot drain, walls out of plumb, schleuter rail intersections with a cabinet, some structural issues and hardiebacker install etc. What surprised me is they are good, fast AND reasonable cost. Normally you can only pick two. They also cleaned up beautifully, did not leave an excess of dust each day etc. Notably, since they are setting large tiles, it's easy to miss a cut by a millimeter and have poor craftsmanship show...They nailed these cuts and the gaps are absolutely perfect, grouting job is tight etc. My other bathroom with a different contractor: I paid more and the work was lousy. Mr Tile is in a different league. Lastly, I trusted them in the house when I wasn't around. They even set the toilet for me...The best of Brazil.

I hired Diego and his crew to come redo a master bathroom tile job. The first very expensive general contractor I hired obviously had no idea how to lay tile. Diego and his guys took crooked uneven tile and grout lines, an improperly sloped shower pan, a drain set well below the floor surface and uneven walls among other things and turned it into sheer perfection. I am as OCD as it gets and believe me I checked and measured every line! I'm still a little shocked to say that the job was sheer perfection, as I expected to find at least some little details that needed attention. From start to finish it was headache free, despite some natural anxiety about having to redo the entire job. From demolition to prep to finish, you simply won't find a better company for tile work. They prepped in and cleaned out daily, returning my home to its natural state so we could use it with little inconvenience. Anytime you have a question or need to contact Diego, he is prompt in getting back to you. I even added a hidden door tub panel for access last minute. He didn't flinch at all he just made it happen. The door is perfect too, you'd never even know it was there as it fits seamlessly into our tile layout plan. I simply can't express how satisfied I am with the turnout and their work. If you have any sort of tile work that needs to be done, you simply won't find more skilled professional installers than Mr Tile. A lot of companies talk the talk, but very few walk the walk at the highest level. I will forever use Diego and his guys for anything tile related. Its a no brainer. Peace of mind is priceless.

I am so grateful to have found Mr.Tile!!! We were working on a DIY bathroom renovation and realized we were in over our head with the tile work (Tiling is truly an that that DEMANDS to be respected!!). Was great from start to finish. Good prompt communication from Diego, flexibility when the tile took longer to arrive. The work quality was also great. Clean edges and sharp cuts even with a tricky window in the mix.

Diego and his team did a spectacular job with our custom shower and vanity backsplash. We asked them to fully prep and tile the shower in our new addition, as well as mortar and tile the shower floor and match the tile on the vanity backsplash. Herbert did the tile and he cut and laid the blue herringbone by hand, and he did a fantastic job - it looks so neat and precise. Diego and Herbert were also good and thoughtful partners - for example, we had forgotten that we would need a piece for the curb of the shower, and Herbert came one day with the perfect piece. Most importantly, they were good stewards of our home and kept the space clean and neat, which we really appreciated. Now every time I walk into my shower I feel like I'm on an HGTV show. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I contacted three installers using Thumbtack and all three visited the site. We had a guest bathroom that we were refurbishing with a new tile floor, tile shower enclosure and a mosaic tile wall behind the bathroom sink. Diego from Mr. Tile was very responsive, and his price was quite fair and competitive. The installer, Herbert is an excellent installer and all of the grout lines are perfectly lined up. I can highly recommend this company and we'd use them again if we have another tile project. I'll add pictures when the bathroom is totally complete.

Excellent all around! Responsive and got the job on the calendar quickly. The installer repaired my drywall, and installed the tile beautifully - catering to all my requests (e.g., use gray grout but a white caulk line in the corner where the walls made a 90 degree angle). He made sure to check in with me throughout the job so there were no bad surprises.

Where do I start…it was a complete pleasure to have Mr. Tile and his crew work on our house. They did tile in 4 bathrooms, shower niche, and large rain shower with 1/2 walls in master. It was done so well and on time—AND on budget. We enjoyed the work so much we had them back for our fireplace tile install as well. Excellent work—hire them…you will be happy you did.

If you want a fantastic professional tiling project completed do not go any further that Mr. Tile. After being let down by so many contractors I got this company in to quote on my Bathroom remodel. They did an unbelievable job start to finish. They are super clean isolating the bathroom from the bedroom vacuum pumps as they work. The pictures should speak for themselves going above and beyond to waterproof the shower walls and bathroom floor every tile is spaced correctly, nothing left to chance I would not use anyone else in future when it comes to Tiling. Finally take a look at the back of the van, this company gives back as well. AWESOME absolutely AWESOME

Mr tile worker showed up on time and did a great job with my kitchen backsplash. They protected my floors and countertops and cleaned up when they were finished. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We are remodeling our lower level space which has a small kitchenette. We had them do the tile backsplash. We liked the textured tile we picked out and they dis a great job laying the tile. Nice touch by the installer is he went out and got the caulk which matched the grout. Really nice job and I would use them again.

I highly recommend Mr. Tile. They did a beautiful job with my shower tile, fitting me in within a week of having all materials, and working to finish the project quickly (as they knew I only had one bathroom). They were prompt in their communication throughout the process. During the install, we discovered that the fixture I purchased did not fit my valve system. They tried everything they could to make it work, even going to the hardware store to find another product that did work. In the end though, I decided to keep my original fixtures. I paid them the estimated amount, only to get a call from Mr. Tile a few hours later saying they wanted to refund me the amount to replace the fixtures. Even though they worked extra time to try and make it work and it was my fault the fixture didn't fit in the first place. The Mr. Tile team is kind, professional, communicative, and honest. The prices are very competitive. What more could you ask for!

Sandro came out to help us tile our bathroom after the old toiled flooded it and forced a remodel.

He was extremely punctual, efficient and clear about the process. He even let my young daughter watch and answered a few of her questions.

The work quality was great, and he even came back Saturday morning to finish the grout. We are very grateful to Sandro and Diego for their hard work and super quick turnaround of our job.

I replaced tile for shower and floor in my two bathrooms by Mr. Tile. I am very happy with the result and the process was so smooth and stress free. The only thing I regret is that I should have done this sooner! Actually, it was challenging to find a reliable contractor for the tile job until I met Mr. Tile. Other contractors I had contacted were not reliable or very expensive. Mr.tile did an excellent job and the price was pretty fair compared to others. I highly recommend Mr. Tile to anyone!
